Can I build my own set or mix & match items?
→ Yes! You’re free to create your own dream nursery by mixing and matching items from different sets. You can also shop by individual product category (e.g., just rugs, just name signs) or upgrade your set by adding coordinating pieces.
What’s included in each nursery set?
→ We offer multiple curated tiers to suit different budgets and space needs, from minimal starter bundles to complete room makeovers. Each tier includes a combination of soft fleece blankets, rugs, wall art, wallpaper, wooden signs, and optional add-ons like curtains, bedding, or storage baskets. The exact contents of each tier are listed clearly on the product page.
Can I order individual items instead of a full set?
→ Absolutely. Every item is available for purchase on its own. However, bundle discounts only apply to full nursery sets. If you prefer flexibility, you can always start with one or two products and expand over time.
Do you offer twin or sibling matching sets?
→ Yes! We’re happy to help you create coordinated sets for siblings or twins. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us with your preferences, and we’ll make sure everything works together beautifully.
Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to receive my order?
→ Our custom items are made-to-order and usually take 5–7 business days to produce. Delivery time depends on your location, most European and international orders arrive in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
→ Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Some countries may qualify for free shipping on larger sets.
Will I be charged customs fees?
→ We ship most orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means VAT and customs duties are prepaid. That way, you won’t have to worry about surprise fees. However, some countries may still charge local fees, so it’s always good to check.
Ordering & Returns
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
→ If your order hasn’t been produced yet, we’re happy to make edits. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes.
Can I return or exchange personalized items?
→ Since all our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a production defect or damage. Please double-check spelling, fonts, and colors before confirming your order.
